ATONAL ELCIPSE OF THE CHARTS NO2
This is the second edition of Atonal Eclipse of the Charts, a radio show. The first edition of this project was a two night showcase of experimental music hosted by None Gallery and artist, William Henry Meung.

This weeks show is hosted by Sylvia Spaghetti-Legs and produced by William Henry Meung. It focuses on solo Ōtepoti/Dunedin artist Spit, A.K.A. Ryan Cockburn, and the Ōtautahi/Christchurch band Grunge Genesis, whose core members were Adam Willetts, LA Lakers and the late Richard Neave. Ryan Cockburn was also a member of the legendary Ōtepoti/Dunedin band, Eye. And members of Grunge Genesis were also active as solo performers, participating in the in the vibrant Ōtautahi/Christchurch scene of the time.

Both acts performed frequently in the mid  2000s at artist run spaces including Dunedin’s None Gallery and Christchruch’s High Street Project (HSP).

Join our Host Sylvia Spaghetti-Legs as she delves into a an archive of CDRs surveying the last fifteen years of Independently released underground experimental music of Aotearoa/New Zealand.
