Reuben Winter was regarded as one of the brightest forces in the underground and independant music scenes of Aotearoa. His virtuosity and prolific talent were matched only by his openess, enthusiasm and humilty. He is remembered as an inspirational, kind and irrepresibly musical force, the absence of which remains painfully stark.
